We run audio collection projects that help AI systems better understand how real people speak: naturally, clearly, and in everyday situations. As a Pila8 contributor, you may work on guided solo recordings, conversation-based tasks, or other structured voice projects designed to capture high-quality, real-world speech.
This is flexible, fully remote work for people who can communicate clearly, follow instructions, and deliver reliable recordings. Depending on the project, you might respond to prompts, record natural conversations, complete scripted tasks, or contribute to new voice workflows as they open.

Requirements
English required for all work on this page.
You should be comfortable speaking clearly in English and following written or spoken instructions with minimal guidance. This role is a strong fit for people who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable completing structured remote tasks on their own.

Equipment + recording environment
Most Pila8 projects can be completed on a modern phone or computer, as long as your device can record stable audio and connect reliably when a task involves uploads or live participation.
Recording quality matters. A quiet indoor space will give you the best chance of getting approved quickly and staying eligible for future projects. Try to avoid TVs, conversations, fans, traffic noise, or rooms with heavy echo.

Compensation
